So, I’ve had a ‘clucky’ chook for the past month, determined to hatch a chicken from a plastic egg. Why a plastic egg, you ask? It’s a little trick I use to encourage my new chooks to lay in the boxes instead of all over the place! 😊

No matter how many times I tried to ‘shoo’ her off the nest, she would head right back. So, I thought, why not adopt some fertilised eggs for her to hatch?

I turned to the magical world of social media, asking if anyone local had some fertilised eggs available. To my surprise, I got a response! I honestly didn’t expect that.

She took to the new eggs like the natural mother she is, tucking them under her and fluffing up her feathers with pride. Now, let’s just hope I don’t end up with 12 roosters! 🫣😂

P.S. I have no idea what breed these eggs are, but I’ll keep you all posted! 😁

My calm before the chaos of my day🍃 ✨

I’m such an active person, both in body and mind, that most people don’t know I take 5-10mins at the start of every day to meditate, slow my body and quiet my mind so I can give my whole self to my work and clients.

When I miss this time dedicated to me, I feel like I am a ‘scatter brain’ the whole day. Words don’t flow, I fleet from one job to another and the day collides.

The days I do dedicate to this practice, the day flows, glides, words make sense and I have a sense of internal calm which allows me to guide my clients through exercise, nutritional and natural treatment plans.

RESULTS ARE IN 🧪📊

Just after Christmas I undertook a Nutri-Stat Test to assess my own nutritional and metabolic health.

The Nutri-Stat Profile is a comprehensive blood and urine analysis that gives detailed insight into nutrient levels, metabolic function, inflammation, and overall health markers.

I chose to do this test on myself so you can see just how thorough it is.
I believe in transparency, and I’m willing to put myself in a vulnerable position by sharing my own results.

Truthfully, it was a bit of a wake-up call ⚠️🫣

As the summer holidays of 2025/2026 wrap up, I can’t help but reflect on all the incredible moments we’ve had. This summer was packed with outdoor adventures—lazy days soaking up the sun, and entertaining with family and friends.

We’ve also been busy with house renovations, making our space feel just right, and tackling jobs that have been on the to-do list for way too long. At work, we made some big changes too—like knocking down another wall to create more room for our clients. It feels great to be expanding!

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m super excited. We’re bringing in new tools for the clinic that will help me support my clients even better. Plus, I’ve got three amazing women walking beside me on this journey . I also can’t wait to share some fantastic collaborations coming our way.

Here’s to an amazing year ahead and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

We’re so excited to share our new exercise class timetable and kick off another incredible year of movement, strength, and feeling good in your body.

💙 Boogie Bounce
Fun, high-energy rebounding classes that are easy on the joints but big on results. Expect sweat, smiles, lymphatic support, cardio fitness and a serious mood boost. You’ll leave feeling lighter — in body 'and' mind.

💙 Small Group PT Classes
Personal training vibes, without the crowd. These classes are strength-focused, supportive and tailored — helping build muscle, bone density, confidence and resilience. Perfect if you want guidance, accountability and a room full of like-minded women cheering you on.

💙 Tai Chi
Slow, intentional movement designed to calm the nervous system, improve balance, mobility and coordination. A beautiful way to support stress management, joint health and overall wellbeing.

And this year? We’ve got so many exciting things ahead. Our community is growing, our offerings are expanding, and so is our team.
