Can you believe we are embarking on Term 2 already!!!
Starting Monday 20th April.
CLIENT INTAKE IS NOW OPEN for remaining spots of all classes (some classes are already booked out).
We are also adding another Tai Chi class to the timetable - Wednesday’s 5.30pm.
Class descriptions;
* Small Group PT - A 60min class completely individualised to your strength, fitness and injuries performed in a welcoming, private and fun group of women. No jumping or high impact. Small classes (max 9 women per class). Benefits include - muscle strength, bone density strength, rehabilitation strength
* Boogie Bounce - A fun 45min choreographed class, again in a small class size setting (no more than 10 women per class). Low impact and joint friendly. Benefits include - muscle strength, cardio, lymphatic flow.
* Tai Chi - A 45min SLOW movement class, fantastic for balance, mind-muscle connection, stress, and connection to breath. Pure bliss!
