It's been proven that collective thought can change a reality. What is going on in our beautiful world goes far beyond any health issue. We need to join together to help combat the fear and uncertainty, to turn the grief and anger into peace. It's easy to do and it's free! Sit for a few minutes a day and think of of something that gives you joy or just plain feels good. It could be the first sip of your morning coffee, the sound of your child's laugh, a sun filled day or the rain on your face. It could be a funny that you saw or heard. It doesn't matter what it is. The important part is that you spend a moment being in that moment each day and feel into the calm and joy it brings. And as you do, picture sending it out into the world. Be kind to others, help when you can. Accept that we are different and at different stages of love, life and understanding. Embrace the differences instead of battling them and share the love We are in this together. And together we can fix this...
