🌷 Women’s Group Exercise – Intro Morning 🌷
Hey ladies! 👋
I’m running a special introductory session for our Women’s Only Group class next week and I’d love for you to come along.
When: Thursday 20th November at 8:00am
We’ll start with a little chat about what the group’s all about, then do a gentle movement session (nothing too full-on — just a feel-good way to get the body moving). After that, we’ll stick around for coffee and a chat ☕💬. Feel free to bring along a friend, even if they aren’t a member with us.

Super proud of our athlete who placed second in the Badminton Oceana tournament last week in mixed doubles!

A testament to all the hard work she has put in, Bree was also the highest ranked female player for the tournament 👏. We’re looking forward to seeing her at the upcoming Australian and Japan para international tournaments!

Thanks for having us a part of the State Training Camp last week! It was great to see all of our State’s finest swimmers pushing themselves hard and working together to smash those PB’s!

We hope everyone pulled up well and is back into regular training this week 💪
