I am extremely passionate about supporting people of all ages to empower themselves to build better, healthier, happier lives. Together we build self - confidence, clear minds, open hearts, and teach people to truly love, value, respect and accept themselves. Every soul has an incredible innate ability to heal and grow, simply by listening to your inner self and acknowledging your truths. We all can easily and successfully replace old negative or self-limiting beliefs with new strong and positive belief systems at the subconscious level of the mind clearing the path to peace, love and joy. I am a Practitioner of Kinergetics RESET® Kinesiology, PSYCH-K®, The Liquid Crystals and I am studying Integrated Healing Kinesiology. All modalities are very gentle yet powerful therapies removing sabotage, survival, deep level switching and shock programs, bringing lasting profound changes to your life. Kinesiology clears past traumas and supports you and your body to overcome the following, and much, much more:

You are warmly invited to pause, breathe, and immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and acoustic healing.

Join us for a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, a journey designed to quiet the mind and harmonise the spirit. In a tranquil setting, allow the pure, resonant tones of the crystal bowls to wash over you, gently releasing tension and guiding you into a state of restful awareness.

This is a time for you, to disconnect from the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your inner calm.

No experience is necessary; simply come as you are, lie down, and receive.

* When: 7:30pm the first and third Wednesday of every month

* Exchange: $50 per person
