This holiday season my advice is -
“start off the holidays with healthy habits.”
This time of year, a lot of people fall into unhealthy routines with the holiday-lifestyle changes.
Use this as your time recover from a big year .. for a little TLC .. for some self-care!
Time for catching up on sleep 💤 going for long walks in the outdoors 🏖️ 🏕️ ⛰️ spending time with friends-family-pets 👯♀️🏡🐶 and for appreciating all the wonderful seasonal foods available to us this time of year 🥭🍒🫐🥑🍉🥝🍑🍍🍋🥗
I recommend looking for healthy alternatives for Christmas treats. If you’re looking for inspiration - nice cream is a great alternative to icecream.
It’s dairy free, gluten free, fat free, no added sugars - all natural sugars, good amount of fibre and antioxidants etc etc .. and tastes delicious❣️ 😋

All you need is frozen pineapple, frozen mango, lime juice and a food processor
These fruits are very good sources of essential nutrients. This recipe in particularly is a great source of vitamin C - finish meals with a scoop of this to increase iron absorption.
