Make sure to nurture this process by meditating, attending a weekly spiritual group or reading books that can assist in this powerful process.

Your vibration and energy is moving to a more refined state of being and you are currently receiving divine messages and healing as you deepen your spiritual awareness.

This can mark a great time of change, where what you knew to be true is restructured and a whole new understanding is birthed within you.

All good things take time, so be patient with this awakening and trust the process.

PAUSE for a moment of SELF-CARE
As we move through the holiday season, self-care is never more important than at this time!

For some, an unending round of family gatherings underpinned by unrealistic expectations, can leave one feeling truly spent.

Whilst for others , solitude brings a sense of isolation disconnection and loneliness.

Taking a moment to pause and be reminded of the encouraging message God and the universe has for us can help us navigate this time

Human beings are conscious creators.

We have the potential to shift a negative mindset to positive.

Adjusting our thoughts and subtle brainwaves through positive mantras, we are able to retrain our brains after trauma, kick bad habits and set positive goals and intentions.

We can change our perceptions by creating positive word sequences to alter our belief system.

The power of the I AM presence has a potential to shift, awaken and align our souls blueprint to our physical being.

The I AM presence is the higher aspect of ourselves that connects directly to God.

Using I AM presence gives your affirmations Power. I AM strengthens your psyche on a conscious and subconscious level, creating power and intent with every statement.

Previously, you may have tried using affirmations but lost motivation due to lack of results.

The key to success is to consciously remove words with negative connotations.

True affirmations are spoken with belief in yourheart’s core, with no doubt placed upon their words.

Right now, your higher self is asking you to be serious about your intentions.

To create a positive and open mindset, perseverance, will and patience is required.

Like the caterpillar, transformation takes time if you want long-lasting results.

Acknowledge any thoughts, feelings and possible resistance to positive statements.

If you are in a state of conflict, ask yourself questions about why you feel this way and how you can cooperate to achieve the best possible outcome.

Creating conversations with yourself in this way supports deep change and resolution to past patterns and behaviour.

Invoke the I AM presence with all your affirmations, to solidify and anchor the change and transformation you desire.

Do you know the story you tell others about who you are?

You are unique being with unique talents, and a story un unique to you and your experience – in fact, your destiny-can be found in the way you wave together the threads of yourself in the world.

If there’s anything in your life you want to change, then it’s time to adjust the story you tell about yourself!

Perhaps you are too self deprecating or apologetic about how you shine? Minimising your power so others will accept you.

Perhaps the way you voice your expectations diminishes your ability to succeed, or you are too willing to tolerate a less than supportive environment.

It’s easy to be in denial when it comes to others and their behaviour towards you.

Understand, however, that you teach people how to treat you through how you talk about yourself.

Once you recognise what story you’re telling others about how to treat you, you can tell a different one.
