Michelle completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy with Wodonga Institute of Tafe and was awarded the” Excellence Award” at the completion of her studies. She is a member of AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists) and committed to continued learning, completing training in Gua Sha and currently studying the use of dry needle therapy. Michelle was drawn to the profession by a fascination of human movement, anatomy and her own experiences in recovery from injury and return to fitness. Michelle is a keen mountain bike rider and yoga enthusiast; and greatly enjoys working with people from a wide range of occupations, to eliminate pain, return to activity, to improve movement and manage stress levels, through the use of soft tissue treatment.
