Learning about emotional regulation is an important part of your child’s self-regulation… and it can be fun too!

Playing with playdough isn’t just sensory fun—it also encourages mindfulness. Pressing, rolling, and shaping playdough helps connect the nerves in the hands to the brain, while giving children a chance to slow down, focus, and manage stress, anxiety, and frustration. Perfect for children of all ages!
