Kennedy Air are seeking expressions of interest for Air Tractor 802 and Fire Boss pilots to join our team in Australia for the 2024-2025 season and beyond.

Requirements:

Have the right to work in Australia or ability to obtain a work Visa for Australia.

Be able to obtain CASA Class 1 medical certificate.

Hold a CASA CPL with aerial application rating or the ability to obtain an equivelent foreign license validation.

1500 hrs pilot in command.

Experience operating Air Tractor 802 or Fire Boss aircraft in a low-level environment, preferably aerial fire fighting.

Campbell Briggs and his team at Statewide Aviation have being doing aircraft maintenance with Kennedy Air since the 1990s.
It’s a great organisation and a great place to work.

We have a very busy next 12 months ahead with the up coming cotton season and heavy maintenance going on in the workshop, please share this around please as we need engineers and LAME’s ASAP. We have a great team here with highly experienced guys and girls and we would love to add a few more to the team ! Please get in contact with us if you would like to come and work on a large turbine fleet of aircraft both PT6 and Garrett.

Our aircraft are currently operating in Toowoomba, Mudgee, Moruya, Merimbula and Wagga Wagga, and we are all grateful every day for the kindness and generosity of the communities we are working with. Our hearts go out to those who have lost family members, houses and livelihoods.

While crews battle blazes on the ground, a group of heroic water bombing pilots has been working around the clock fighting fires from the air.
