our bodies tell us something is wrong through PAIN, Organ Dysfunction, differences in sleep patterns, energy patterns shifting and even Chronic diseases/issues.
We can either continue the PATH of least resistance or forge a new path that takes Discipline and Consistency to build our NERVOUS SYSTEM resilience to SOMETHING bigger and better.
