🏃‍♀️ Big milestone for Chloe! Today she completed her first run post-ACL injury using the Alter G anti-gravity treadmill 💪

This is a huge step forward in her rehab journey rebuilding confidence, strength, and control one stride at a time.

We couldn’t be prouder of her progress and determination 👏🔥

MEET OSCAR !!

After my ACL surgery, I lost motivation at another clinic and felt like I wasn’t making progress. My surgeon referred me to Physio Focus, and from the start I could see their structured ACL program was exactly what I needed.

What I’ve valued most is the mix of expert knowledge, genuine care, and the facilities that made it easy to move from treatment into performance-focused rehab.

Each stage of my recovery has been purposeful, helping me stay consistent, rebuild strength, and regain confidence—especially after my third ACL surgery.

I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Physio Focus to anyone recovering from surgery or dealing with an injury.
