This is one of the tastiest salads I’ve made this Summer …. salty, sweet and full of goodness! Millet is a fantastic gluten free option, low in GI so it won’t spike your blood sugar levels and supports consistent energy levels 😉 It is a great source of fiber and is one very underrated pantry staple in my opinion! It has a nutty flavour and pairs so beautifully with the pecans. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we have x

As we head into Christmas and the school holidays—the busiest, most demanding time of the year, I know how important it is to keep carving out this time for myself (even more time than usual if I’m honest!).

In the past, I struggled with letting go of control and perfectionism - my husband will back that 😉 but I’ve learned that it’s okay to step back, ask for help, and to not do it all.

Mamas - I see you. I know how hard it is to carve out time for yourself, but I want to remind you that you are JUST AS IMPORTANT as any other family member 🩵 Put your creative cap on and work out how to make that first step happen! Please don’t wait for the perfect moment—it might never come. Start small and start messy ☺️ x
