NEW CLASS ~ PILATES STRENGTH

Rise and shine, Liiv Well Crew!
We’re turning up the energy with our brand new Pilates Strength class; Fridays 6 AM in our mat studio, 'the Liiv Well Room' with Kristin, our newest instructor.

This mat-based class blends the precision of Pilates with weights and other props to help you build tone, control and strength; from the inside out. It's not fast or just randomly throwing your body or weights around. You’ll move with intention, challenge every muscle in your body, and leave feeling strong, focused, and ready to take on the day.

With a gentle stretch and cool towel to finish your class, you will start your Friday feeling unstoppable! Bookings open on Momence

🌼 Spring into Spring Challenge — Winners Announced!

Over the past few weeks, our Liiv Well Crew have absolutely blown us away.

From sharing nourishing recipes, gratitude lists and random acts of kindness; to filming home workouts (and even a full family dance video! ) this challenge has been filled with so much positivity, creativity and connection. We’ve loved every photo, every tag, and every story you’ve shared; including those beautiful first memories from when you began your Liiv Well journey.

Congratulations to Mallory Bennet, who takes home a $50 in-studio voucher plus a special Pilates Pack — including a Pilates ball, sliding discs, and a pair of Move Active socks. Our lucky prize winner was drawn randomly from everyone who participated and qualified to go into the drawer.

Our classes have been busier than ever so we’ve added even more sessions to our schedule.

New Mat and Reformer classes have just been added onto Momence, ready for you to go ahead and book for next week. Due to popular demand, we’ve added an extra Active Ageing class to the timetable as well!

TUESDAY 5am Flow Reformer, 10am Stretch & Tone Reformer
WEDNESDAY 11am Active Ageing
FRIDAY 6am Mat Pilates, 10am Yin-Former

Meet Claire!

If you’ve been in the studio lately, you might have already met our amazing new instructor Claire — and if you haven’t yet, you’re in for a treat!

A local mum, former school teacher, and small family business owner, Claire fell in love with Pilates over seven years ago. What started as a way to support her own health and wellbeing has grown into a lifelong passion — and a career.

Claire is an experienced instructor currently completing her Diploma in Pilates (the highest qualification in the industry). She loves helping women in our community feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected — both physically and mentally.

We’re so lucky to have Claire as part of the Liiv Well Crew — come say hi and catch one of her classes soon! 💛

Three years ago, I moved to Gympie on a bit of a whim — ready for a fresh adventure after a challenging few years running my studio through Covid in Victoria. My plan was simple: settle in, enjoy a slower pace, and maybe find a role working for someone else.

But after arriving, I realised something… there wasn’t a Pilates studio in town. Not the kind of beautiful, dedicated space I knew and loved. And I thought, Gympie deserves this.

So instead of slipping quietly into a new job, I took a leap. With more vision than certainty, Liiv Well Pilates was born. I wasn’t sure how Gympie would respond… but on day one, all the classes were full. And they’ve pretty much been that way ever since.

What makes Liiv Well so special is that it’s not just my story. I may have opened the door, but this community is what brought it to life. Our incredible clients, the energy in the studio, and especially our beautiful teachers who pour their heart into every class — YOU are Liiv Well.

To our teachers — thank you.
To our clients — thank you for showing up, for trusting us, and for making this community something truly unique.

Our new Active Ageing class blends weights, Reformer Pilates and functional standing work to build strength, improve balance and keep your bones happy. It’s gentle but effective — and perfect if you want to feel strong, steady and supported through every stage of life.
