Different ages, different stages… same commitment to showing up, and keeping each other accountable 😄

There’s something pretty special about a mum and daughter in the studio together side by side on the reformers, a few laughs, a few “Why are we doing this again!?“ looks 😂… And somehow getting through it together.

It’s not about being the strongest or the most flexible.
It’s about turning up, and sometimes having someone next to you makes that a whole lot easier

Grab your platforms and your sparkle; we're turning the studio into a disco for one night only! We've been talking about our ABBA night since our 80s night last year and the time has finally arrived.

Join us for Dancing Queen; ABBA Pilates night; a fun Friday night class, set entirely to ABBA classics. Expect some challenge, plenty of laughs, and a workout you'll actually want to dance through.

Afterwards, we'll roll into drinks and nibbles, ABBA disco still pumping. Stay as long as you like; this is as much a celebration as a class.

Friday 12th June, 5pm. Class is up on Momence, bookings are LIMITED!

A one minute look back at the evolution of the studio.

It feels like yesterday, and also a lifetime ago when we opened our original space up the road.

Watching this back, one thing really stood out… we’ve truly evolved alongside you.
And really, we’ve evolved because you have.

A quick tour and a little behind-the-scenes of what’s going on in the studio…

We’re turning our storage space into an extension of The Liiv Room!

Which means:
More space for our mat classes
More room for the kids at Creche
And something we’re REALLY excited about… Our new mixed equipment classes in The Liiv Room, Studio Circuit classes!

At Liiv Well, we’re always evolving. Not for the sake of doing more; but to create a better experience for you.

More space, more thoughtful programming and more ways to move your body in a way that supports how you want to feel…

Because one of our core values is calm over chaos…And everything we do comes back to creating an environment that feels considered, supportive and just a little bit special to walk into. 💛

This has been one of our most requested things to bring back…
and we’re so happy to say it’s finally happening.

Creche is back at Liiv Well!

Starting Tuesday 28th April, you’ll be able to come into class, take that time for yourself, and know your little one is close by and cared for by our amazing creche carer Lynda.

We’ve taken the time to reset and refine the creche service so it feels calm, safe and settled, for both you and your child. That includes expanding the room, improving soundproofing, and creating a more relaxed environment overall.

Because as mums, we know it’s not just about “getting to a workout”.
It’s about having a moment to breathe, move your body, and feel like yourself again.

Creche will run:
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am + 10am
• Friday: 1:30pm

We have genuinely missed so many of our mums, who were struggling to get in as much without the creche and we can’t wait to welcome you back into the space.

Creche sessions are up on Momence ready to book. There is a small fee to use the creche service, either pay a casual rate of $5 per session or 10 pack (which works out to $2.90 per session)

If this looks a bit like you or your mum's Mothers Day wish list, we've got you covered!!

If you're usually rushing around or putting yourself last (again), this is your invitation to join us for a slow morning where you'll get to relax, unwind and be looked after.

We're running two pop up classes on Mothers Day, Flow and Yin-former and everyone who joins a class will receive a heated eye mask to take home; a little reminder to rest, even after the day is done.

From there, you can ease into a 30-minute sauna session with Sweat & Flow’s mobile sauna set up outside the studio, then stay and enjoy a drink from our hydration station. Or do some retail therapy. We're getting some extra goodies for you to gift yourself or mum this year.

It’s calm, simple, and it’s exactly what most mums actually need.

Spots are limited for this one, so if this sounds like your kind of morning, definitely get in early. Classes and sauna sessions are both on Momence to book!

We get asked this all the time, and the honest answer is… it depends on you! What your goals are, your schedule, level of fitness, injuries, (how much you're addicted to Pilates!!!) and the list goes on.

If you’re just getting started, 2 times a week is a great place to start. It gives your body enough consistency to start building strength, improving your posture and actually feeling the difference.

If you can make it 3 times a week, that’s where things really start to shift. You’ll feel stronger, more connected to your body and you’ll notice changes a lot faster.

And if you love it and want to come 4 + times a week? That's amazing!
But the most important thing isn’t doing the most… it’s being consistent. One class a week done consistently will always beat 4 classes one week and none the next.

We’re not about extremes here. We’re playing the long game; creating something that fits into your life, so you can keep showing up long term.

No trees were harmed in the making of this video!! 😂

Hug a Tree (yes it’s official name) is one of the best ways to stretch and strength chest muscles, improve overall upper body strength and work on posture. In this kneeling variation, there’s lots of core and balance work too.
Mon putting in the hard yards here, hug a trees is definitely harder than it looks! 🌳

Some of you will already know Bonnie… and if you don’t, we think you’re going to love her.

Bonnie was a client here long before she ever stepped into the teacher role. She knows what it feels like to walk through the doors for the first time, to learn about your body, and to build confidence over time; and that’s something you can feel in every class she teaches.

Bonnie has done her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, the home of Yoga; deepening her knowledge and bringing a really thoughtful, grounded approach to her teaching. Teaching Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga and Stretch & Balance; Bonnie's classes are exactly what you’d expect from her; warm, calming, and genuinely caring. She meets you where you’re at, while still gently guiding you forward.
You’ll also still see her doing classes herself, often alongside her family, which says a lot about who she is and how much this space means to her.
Bonnie embodies everything we value at Liiv Well; care, connection, and creating a space where you feel comfortable to just be. 💛

We might not always be showing up on social media... but we show up for you.
Every. Single. Day.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been creating new classes, planning events, adding the little touches (yes, the cutest grip socks ☺️), and most importantly; teaching. Because that will always be our priority.
But if you’re new around here, here's what we want you to know about us: we're not here to just put you through your paces. We're here to make you walk out feeling like you can take on the world; whatever that looks like for your body, your goals, your life.
We take the time to know you, support you, and we will push you when you need it.
We notice when you don’t come. And yep, sometimes we even call you.
And all that will never change!
