✨ Merry Christmas from the Lotus Therapy family! ✨

As we wrap up the year and gently close our doors for the holidays, we want to send the biggest, warmest thank you to all of our beautiful families and little friends. You are the heart of Lotus Therapy, and we feel so lucky to walk beside you each day.

This year has been a bit of a wild ride for many, and yet the love, patience, trust, and support you’ve shown us has been truly magic. Lotus simply wouldn’t be the incredible place it is without this community, our families, our littles, our amazing team, and all the connections who lift us up along the way. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 💛

As we step into the festive season, we hope you get the chance to slow down… to soak up sunshine, share delicious food, enjoy deep belly laughs, create memories with loved ones, and surround yourselves with good vibes only. You all deserve it so much.

Today the Lotus family came together to celebrate Christmas at Dingo Creek Vineyard, and my heart is so full.
It was the most beautiful lunch, shared with the most incredible humans. I am deeply grateful for the time, passion, patience, and love each of you has poured into Lotus Therapy this year. What an amazing team and what a joy to celebrate you all. 🪷

At Lotus Therapy, we offer personalised, neuroaffirming counselling for parents who are navigating extra emotional, practical, and societal pressures. Our counsellors provide a gentle, understanding space to unpack parenting stress, advocacy fatigue, family dynamics, and the complex realities that come with raising a neurodivergent child. Together, we work toward clearer communication, renewed confidence, and more balance and connection within your family.

We also support adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Our counselling sessions offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to explore what’s weighing on you and strengthen your inner resilience.
