Life is made up of many things and we get busy doing, being, pleasing, avoiding, excusing, surviving, working, living, dying and on and on...
To have good mental health we need to stop and take our turn to receive the kindness from ourselves that we give to everyone else.
You may just need someone to help you untangle your thoughts, or, you may have just fallen into the greatest black hole of loss and grief and need a safe space to work out where you have landed and what now?
