Kimberley Marshall and Michael McDowall invite you to this 2 hour immersion, where you will spend time in delightfully restorative poses. You will be beautifully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks to allow the body to sink into deep rest and opening. For each pose, we have selected one of the brilliant Radiance Sutras for you to be with. The flow of poses will allow us to access your body for an overall Bowen Therapy session, while also allowing access to the subtle body for Reiki.

To provide you with a great experience spaces are limited to 6 and therefore payment is required on booking.

It's been awhile since I have posted here. For the last few years I have been deeply immersed in 500 hours of Meditation teacher training and my own personal practice and embodiment of Instinctive Meditation . Kimberley Marshall is a qualified Yoga and Restorative Yoga Teacher and is an
Authorised Teacher of Instinctive Meditation®. She has been practicing Reiki since 1999.
Michael McDowall has taught Yoga since 2010 and is a Faculty Member of the Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. He began practicing Reiki in 2000 and trained in Bowen Therapy in 2006.
