Well the time has come for me to move on. I am off on a new adventure to Hervey Bay. This will be the last week for Gympie Massage Therapy.
I just want to give a massive thank you to all who have supported me in the last 9 years, and also to the fantastic team at Gympie Community Place.

**. Exciting News **

Gympie Massage Therapy is adding to our team. It’s a big welcome back to Therapist Trina Reynolds. !!
Trina has been busily studying both Exercise Physiology, and has also gained qualifications to deliver dry needling therapy.

What is dry needling? Dry needling, in conjunction with physical therapy, can treat areas of muscular pain. Needle pe*******on into painful areas produces a mechanical stimulation of the surrounding tissue. Stimulation leads to physiological and psychological responses. These responses include an inflammatory (healing) process and a slowing of the tranmission of pain signals. Dry needling is not acupuncture as it does not follow the concepts of yin/yang and circulation of qi.

To kick off this month Trina will be available this Saturday the 17th July, and then Saturday July 31st.
So jump online, get in quick, these limited spots will fill fast!!
