It’s been 6 weeks of drinking and I’m really enjoy sharing the daily journey in stories, especially all the amazing benefits I’m feeling as each week my mind & body improves in small ways for a happier lifestyle.
For at least the month of July, I’ve decide to up the ante with a .
Being mindful of all content absorbed by my body - visually, physically, audibly, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
There’s so much research available that points to a holistic approach for overall wellbeing, health and happiness.
Happy Juice is superbly supporting my mind and body on the inside however doing more on the outside is my goal for July.
More movement, meditation, mindful eating & drinking, mindful practices like an early morning routine to start the day well, be productive & motivated to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Choosing to live more on purpose, being aware of how your body speaks to you & how quickly it improves when we listen to it
I’ve just finished listening to Robin Sharma’s The 5am Club - Own Your Morning, Elevate Your Life. A-Maz-ing!
There were so many golden nuggets of life wisdom expressed that anyone can implement into their daily life.
Naturally it’s much more fun to do with friends, have fun and keep each other accountable.
