☕🌿 MOURNING TEA - Expression of Interest 🌿☕

I’m creating gentle peer-led Mourning Tea gatherings in the Mackay region for anyone navigating grief or loss of any kind (death, relationships, identity, life changes…).

Sessions will be free but ticketed and kept small (around 15 people) so the space feels safe and respectful.Before I finalise the details, I’d love your input!

💚 Where should we meet?
Peaceful parks, beaches, gardens, cosy cafés or community spaces... where would you feel most comfortable?

💚 What would you like included?
Some ideas:

• Simple rituals
• Guided meditation or breathwork
