What are your go to flavours or ways to eat your porridge? I am obsessed with adding chia seeds and protein powder to give it an extra boost - in taste and nutrients!

Vanilla maple topped with either a couple of dates or trail type mix and some banana 🍌

Mango flavour is delicious topped with blueberries 🫐

Chocolate is drool worthy too 🍫

I walked out the door at 5:30 this morning to head to the gym. I’d already had my car warming up and my windscreen was defrosting. There sure was a crisp feel in the air ❄️

Would you believe, as I was merging onto the highway, I saw the same little white delivery truck I ended up following into Launceston yesterday morning.

I left at a bit of a different time today, but we still somehow managed to cross paths again this morning. Out of all the traffic on the highway 😮

From a symbolic or intuitive perspective, it felt like one of those little signs from the universe.

Just like my numbers yesterday… 34568. Not sure if I shared that here or at Breakthrough Coaching Tasmania 🧐

I left at a different time this morning, yet somehow crossed paths with the exact same little white delivery truck again. It felt like a quiet reminder that I’m still on the right path and things are aligning behind the scenes.

Little synchronicities like this can sometimes feel like confirmation that we really are heading in the right direction. And in this case, I quite literally was 😜

I had a great gym session and came home to enjoy my sourdough breakfast again 😋 before getting ready for my six-week reset ladies. We had another great session today!

I am obsessed with this combination atm! I’d love to sample your cooking Anita 😋 fancy you making feta and sourdough just recently.

I am so thrilled to be back at the gym again after having a cortisone injection in my shoulder to treat bursitis.

A few people shared negative opinions about the injection, but I feel really grateful that I’ve learned not to let other people’s experiences shape my own. Their opinions are often based on what they personally went through, not what my outcome will be.

It turns out I’ve actually responded really well 👌

I believe a huge part of that is because I’ve been doing the emotional work and the mindset work alongside it all. Our thoughts, stress levels, emotions and nervous system all play such a powerful role in what we experience physically.

The mind and body are so connected✨

Life feels so much better when you’re nourishing your body and actually enjoying it too 💜

This was my morning tea today and honestly… so satisfying. Strawberries, around 180 grams of protein yoghurt, LSA, dates and almonds 👌

After the gym this morning I had avocado, Vegemite and feta on sourdough and it was absolutely sensational 👏

I used to worry so much about calories and whether I was “cancelling out” my gym efforts by eating. I feel like I’ve counted calories forever.

Now I’m focusing more on fuelling my body, replenishing my muscles, listening to my body, and actually feeling good within myself instead.

It feels really nice to be looking after myself in a healthier, more balanced way 💙

I pulled up at the gym this morning and happened to glance down at the speedometer.

OMG TAKE A LOOK AT THOSE NUMBERS!!

What a shame I didn’t quite get it at 234567 - but still! Amazing!

I get so excited when I see almost perfect running numbers like this 🤩✨

234568.

Running numbers are often linked to progression, alignment, forward movement, growth, and life unfolding step by step. They can symbolise momentum building and things gradually falling into place over time.

234568 also feels significant because the numbers are continuously rising and building upward. To me, it carries the energy of growth, expansion, moving ahead, and gradually creating something bigger over time.

Then I added the numbers together:
2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 8 = 28
2 + 8 = 10
1 + 0 = 1

Number 1 energy is connected to fresh starts, confidence, independence, leadership, and stepping into a new chapter.

Which feels extra interesting considering 2026 is also a universal year 1 in numerology. A whole new cycle. New beginnings. New direction. New energy.

Then the fuel range was 356:
3 + 5 + 6 = 14
1 + 4 = 5

5 energy is movement, change, freedom, expansion, and transformation.

I just love spotting little things like this throughout the day 😍

This evenings meal was certainly indulgent! Tonight was our date night in and I went all out 😉 followed by homemade choccy self saucing pudding with salted caramel ice cream.

Everybody needs nights like these every now and then. I am now on my yoga mat about to begin my evening practise. Feeling very satisfied, very full, and very grateful for all that is.

It’s easy to lose sight of the big picture, and times like this help you check in with yourself and reset. They remind you of what really matters. The simple moments. Connection. Slowing down. Enjoying life as it’s happening, rather than always waiting “until then.”

Good morning! I hope your day has started well. If it hasn’t - please use this as your reset 🙏

We can quite easily get caught up in the business and stress of life, without ever pausing and coming back to ourselves.

I’d like you to place your right hand across your heart space. This supports the release of oxytocin, our love hormone 🥰

And place your left hand over your belly. This helps activate those calming, feel good chemicals and settle your body. And drop into yourself.

Come back to what feels true, safe and steady for you. Come back to the reality you wish to manifest into your life/your day. And focus on that.

Chia pudding, yoghurt and berries here today. I had jam on country split bread toasted early this morning too. It was delicious 🤣😋

What’s for breakfast at your place? 😋

I made chia pudding but wasn’t really feeling it. I’ll probably have that at lunch 😂

I’m feeling a bit bloated today, and that would have usually meant I’d feel bad for eating. I spent years restricting and strictly counting calories, yet it never really got me anywhere.

These last 12 months have created a very different narrative around food, exercise, and my mental and physical health. I now prefer to nurture my nervous system and lovingly provide myself with that care first and foremost.

Our nervous system has such a big impact on our overall wellbeing, including our physical health and weight. When you prioritise your body’s relaxation response, you naturally set yourself up to feel better in the other areas too.

I focus on eating healthy, high-protein foods, including carbs. I just tend to go for leaner options now, like country split bread 🤗

If I feel like Vegemite on toast for breakfast, that’s what I have. I’ll just pair it with a protein shake to keep me satisfied and fuller for longer.

Got to love “porridge season” lol

How do you make yours? This was actually my lunch today 😋

1/2 cup oats
1tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup milk
2 cups water
1 grated apple

Topped with pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, LSA, and sugar free maple syrup.

So comforting and soothing for my nervous system 🫶
