**Introduction of a Cancellation Policy**
Thank you all for your continued support of my small business. Your loyalty and encouragement mean so much to me, and I truly appreciate everyone of you.

I completely understand that life can sometimes throw surprises our way and life can become busy. Over the years, I have always tried to be understanding when unexpected situations arise. However, I am a small business, and this is my sole income.

With this in mind, moving forward I regretfully need to introduce the following cancellation policy that will take effect immediately:
- If an appointment is cancelled within 12 business hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost may be charged.
- In the case of a no-show, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

I will continue to ensure that reminders are sent the day before your appointment. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this will give me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client on my waiting list.

I sincerely regret having to implement this policy, but it is necessary to ensure the ongoing viability of my business.

Please be aware that from the 4th of November there will be a small increase to the cost of appointments. New prices will be as follows:
1 Hr Remedial Massage - $80
1.5 Hr Remedial Massage - $105
A discount of $5 will be offered to pensioners.
All appointments will still be claimable through your relevant health fund providers.
I hope you all understand the need for me to add this small increase and continue to support my business.
