A big thank you to Podcast City Adelaide for being such fabulous hosts at their breakfast networking event.

It was a privilege to be invited as their guest speaker, and I thoroughly enjoyed sharing insights and connecting with such an engaged audience.

I’m always grateful for the chance to contribute to meaningful conversations—and I’m looking forward to more opportunities to speak, collaborate, and inspire. If you’re looking for a guest speaker to bring fresh insights and energy to your next event, I’d love to connect.

❄️ I used to dread winter.
The comfort food. The cold walks skipped. The weight creeping back on.
I thought I had failed — again.
But I hadn’t failed.
I just didn’t know how to shift my mindset, not just my meals.
That’s what I teach now. That’s what changed everything.
👉 If you're 45+ and sick of the weight rollercoaster, I wrote something just for you.
My free eBook reveals how to shift your weight without diets or guilt.

Walking for a Cause – Walk a Mile in My Boots 🌧

Last week, I joined the Hutt Street Centre for their incredible Walk a Mile in My Boots event — supporting people experiencing homelessness or doing it tough here in Adelaide.

In a country like Australia, no one should be forced to live on the streets. But through volunteering and learning, I’ve discovered there’s far more to homelessness than meets the eye.

From walking in the rain to joining 3,000 people marching in solidarity around Victoria Park, the experience was powerful and humbling.

A big thank you to everyone who has already donated — your kindness means the world. If you haven’t yet, there’s still time to make a difference. Every contribution helps the Hutt Street Centre continue their vital work.

Donations close Monday, 18 August.

Together, we can take steps towards a future where no one is left out in the cold.

HELP!
I’m Walking 50 Miles for the Homeless
Over 7,000 people in South Australia will sleep rough tonight—young and old, with nowhere safe or warm to go.
That reality hit me hard.
This year, I’m taking action by walking 50 miles in one week (from August 4–10) for the Walk a Mile in My Boots challenge, raising vital funds for the Hutt Street Centre—a lifeline for people doing it tough.
Not long ago, I couldn’t have done this.
After surviving two strokes and losing 20kg, I’ve reclaimed my health—and now I’m walking with purpose.
🔗 Please consider donating today to help me reach my goal:

Every step I take helps someone else take a step toward a better future.
Thank you for walking beside me,

This National Homelessness Week, I’ll be walking a mile or more a day to raise funds for more than 7,000 people experiencing homelessness in South Australia. All funds go to Hutt St Centre who provides a hearty meal, hot shower and essential support in a safe, welcoming space for people experienci...
