According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, 67% of Australian adults are overweight or living with obesity.
That’s two out of every three people.
This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a system problem.
Globally, the World Health Organization reports that obesity has nearly tripled since 1975. We are not dealing with a willpower issue — we are dealing with an environment, behavioural, and mindset issue.
