Time to roll out the mats and dust off those yoga passes — we’ve got five more weeks of Yoga left for 2025! 💫 But don’t worry, there’s still plenty of practice to come — I’ve planned 10 more classes to round out the year.

A full weekend of yoga. Lovley to spend time at Spring Yoga and Lunch, NHILL with a wonderful group of locals, thank you for inviting me along for a little calm and yoga goodness. Also discovered Vietnamese!! Thank you to Liss Birty for running classes at Pomonal and WAMA. And the private group this morning in Halls Gap. Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and thank you! It seems the only photos I took were of food 😆

Yoga at WAMA starting this Sunday (12 Oct) AT 1045AM.

The time has finally arrived! We get to spend some time in the beautiful space that is WAMA. This week you will have the choice of attending two Yoga Classes a week - Saturday at Pomonal Hall at 9am and Sunday WAMA at 1054AM.

All you need is a Yoga mat (or you can borrow one for me), a drink bottle and to be in the mood to move a little and relax. $20 Casual visit or join up for a 10 Class Pass.
