Yoga in Nature Friendly Yoga classes and mini retreats suitable for all.

A place to come to move and breath a little better and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Halls Gap and the Grampians National Park I teach yoga that focuses on safe, gentle and mindful alignment of yoga postures that can be easily modified for students of all genders, ages and stages. I encourage a practice that is helpful for real bodies that can help alleviate stress and improve mental and emotional wellbeing. My classes incorporate the postures to stretch and move but also focus on breath work, meditation and relaxation.

Feeling the end-of-year fatigue? I certainly am.
With the festive season in full swing, I’ve decided NOT to run general yoga classes this weekend.

Classes are planned to resume in early February 2026, and I’ll update you as soon as the dates are confirmed.

A little reminder that your class passes are valid until March 2026, so there’s plenty of time to use them.

Thank you, truly, for showing up, supporting my classes, and for being part of this beautiful little community. I absolutely love practicing yoga with you.
