👋 Welcome Jemar Gabrielle Rocas to Modern Medical Clinics!

We're excited to welcome Jemar Gabrielle Rocas, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, to our growing team!

Jemar holds a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Exercise, Sports & Rehabilitation Science from Curtin University. He brings a wealth of clinical experience from aged care, private practice, hospitals, and university teaching.

Jemar is passionate about supporting people living with chronic conditions and mobility challenges. He has extensive experience delivering exercise interventions under Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover, and has a special interest in:
✅ Chronic pain management
✅ Falls prevention
✅ Cardiac and metabolic rehabilitation
✅ Behaviour change through ACT & CBT-based strategies

His approach is evidence-based, patient-centred, and focused on making exercise functional, empowering, and achievable for every individual.

Outside the clinic, Jemar shares his knowledge by teaching geriatric rehabilitation at the University of Western Australia, helping shape the next generation of clinicians.
