21 June 2025 is Global Motor Neurone Disease/ALS Awareness Day.
MND/ALS Associations across the world use the day to raise awareness of the disease to the general public.
In Mandurah our iconic bridge will turn blue in the evening, alongside many other landmarks across the country.
Significance of the date: June 21 is a solstice – a turning point – and each year the ALS/MND community undertake a range of activities to express their hope that this day will be another turning point in the search for cause, treatment and cure of ALS/MND.
