Well Chiang Mai what can I say ?! 🙏

We call them holidays, but they end up being adventures, surrounded by kind, happy, humble people, which in turn reaches that part of yourself.
Being with the elephants is indescribable, an experience, I highly recommend, it melts away all resistance, opening your heart and soul connection. When you’re in their presence, nothing else matters. They walk so softly on the ground you don’t hear or feel them coming behind you. Beautiful gentle souls.
We fed them separately tho, just like we do our horses, as they too can tell each other off. Not sure I’d like to see a hangry elephant, protecting their food. 🤣🤣🐘♥️

Let me introduce myself to those who I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting.

My passion for helping others, ignited the creation of Soulistic Body Therapy, some 15 years ago. Working with the dream of bringing sessions to others that, support relief from physical pain, calmness from emotional overwhelm and the settling of restless thoughts, has brought me great joy in watching many clients leave feeling, lighter, more relaxed and that life is going to be so much easier to be a part of.



Being an energetic, married, working mum of 3, adult children, who also runs a property with horses. I have had many everyday experiences contributing to the understanding of trying to balance life, between family, work and personal time, and the stress this can create.



​Experiences that have shaped me and helped me become who I am today, helping others, are my own personal ordeal with the global virus, Swine Flu, that my brother succumbed to and passed away from, or the path I walked through with my Dad’s terminal cancer treatment, and eventual passing, that have given me an understanding of how physical, intellectual and emotional pain, that cannot be seen from the outside or explained to others, can be treated and brought relief with Soulistic Body Therapy.

What is Soulistic Body Therapy you ask ?!

Soulistic Body Therapy is for anyone feeling overwhelmed or frustrated with the physical pain in their body, the troubling thoughts of their mind and/or the emotional anxiety of life's situations.

During a session, the techniques may be used individually or combined together. While you are laying fully clothed on the table, Jayne listens to the different parts of the body and where to focus her attention, physically, through Bowen Therapy, intellectually and/or emotionally, with Craniosacral and Intuitive Communication.

This enables, Jayne, to gently and supportingly encourage, the feelings of renewed confidence, the feelings of being understood, and the sensation of your body taking a big deep breath, releasing all of life's worries, with everyday life becoming easier and calmer to navigate.
