It’s that time again - warmer days means crunchy salads! Try this simple Greek Salad with THREE simple steps!

1. Trim the lamb and chuck it on the bbq for 8-10 minutes flip over 1/2 way.

2. Prepare salad. I use salad bag mix and cherry tomatoes to reduce prep time. This way I only need to cut the cucumber. Sprinkle with crumbly lite feta, Kalamata olives and top with Praise Greek Salad dressing.

4. Heat brown rice & quinoa 90sec bag in the microwave for you guessed it 90 seconds. Add to bowl and serve :-)

Make snack attacks a thing of the past with these few budget friendly & nourishing on the go snack ideas!

You don’t need to spend your precious time making homemade flaxseed, chia, spirilina green whatever to keep you on track with your health and nutrition goals (which you probably won’t make anyway despite the best intentions and then you’ll go hungry as you don’t have anything to eat.. 🙃 yah, we’ve been there!). It seriously can be so easy if you’re happy to take those 5 mins to quickly duck into the supermarket!
