Winter morning folks!!!🥶
How are we today??
Yes yes! I know. Weather is changing, days are shorter, it’s getting harder and harder to get out of the house, our bodies stiff up, our joints are starting to feel the cold (believe me, I feel it too😖)…but the best cure for all it it’s movement!! Lubricating those joints, gliding the fascia (tissue) around them to keep the mobiles and maintain the range of motion we have. Remember, it’s not about getting more range of motion (although you can if you are up for it), it’s more about maintaining what we still have.
We should be doing our best to get older but in a good mobility shape to be independent for as long as we can to be able to live an active life which incudes mental health.
And if we have fun while exercising, what a great way to move!!! Plus if you do it with a great inclusive bunch of people!!! That’s a huge bonus!!
