Dinner was relatively healthy. Mediterranean salmon and asparagus done in the air fryer with cherry tomatoes squeeze of lemon olive oil sea salt and pepper. The ham was to treat my cat Lubs who seems to think I should share.
The desert was strawberries, coconut yoghurt and really dark chocolate.
I love how simple yet healthy and lush this is.

Homemade protein balls no sweetener.
Almond meal
Dessicated coconut
Cocoa
Soaked chia
Cashew butter (sweetens naturally)
Water to bind.
Blend, roll and cool to set in fridge.
Yummy.

This is my calm place. My hobbies. I was always a tomboy. Climbing trees, riding bikes and rough housing with the boys at school.
I never understood girl friendships. I was just different.
So my bellydancing and crochet are allowing me to get in touch with my feminine and creative sides respectively.
They’re both good for my mental health.
This is my latest and I’m gifting it to someone who I believe needs to know she’s appreciated.

Our vagus nerve is the tenth cranial nerve in the spine. It’s the gateway to many processes in our body from our respiratory system, heart and our gut. Hence the term gut brain axis. Or our second brain. If we are stress messages between the gut and brain travel via the vagus nerve. Hence why when worried we get diarrhoea or tummy upset.
There are great books out on the subject.

Hi all.
I’m aiming to do the live tomorrow afternoon or evening. I’ve written some notes and hopefully will look presentable. Haha.
Sorry for delay. I tend to be very busy in all that I do. But yes taking my own advice and reducing that down. Hence why I chose self care instead of the live. I’m learning. Slowly.
