After meeting a woman who hid her incontinence for over a decade, Lena knew she had to be part of the solution. Today, Lena is a Nurse Continence Specialist, helping people find relief from their symptoms and providing them with the support they need.

Bridge Magazine recently sat down with Lena to talk about ways people can manage their incontinence and her experience working on the National Continence Helpline. Her top piece of advice? Seek help.

"Speak to someone you trust such as a health professional, friend, or relative about your continence problem."

Worried about a loud, jarring alarm disturbing your child's sleep?

Pjama bedwetting alarms are designed with sensitivity in mind. They offer customisable sound options and vibrations, ensuring a gentle but effective wake-up that won't frighten your little one. The goal is to prompt them to use the toilet, not to startle them.

Give your child the gift of a comfortable learning experience and a path to independent dryness.

May is Mental Health Month.

Did you know that incontinence can impact mental health? The Deloitte 'Economic Cost of Incontinence' report highlights that 13% of survey respondents reported seeing a mental health professional for their incontinence, with an average of 5 visits in the past year.

This month, we're highlighting the important link between mental health, and bladder and bowel health. Understanding this connection allows individuals to get the support they need-- both physically and mentally.

For advice on incontinence and how it's related to mental health, call the National Continence Helpline at โ˜Ž๏ธ 1800 33 00 66.
