Some helpful advice from Qld health on the importance of flossing 😁

We all know it's important to brush your teeth twice a day... but did you know, brushing is not enough to prevent gum disease and tooth decay?! That's why flossing is so important. 🦷

Flossing cleans the spaces your toothbrush can't reach, removing plaque and food debris between the gums and teeth.

For good oral hygiene, floss once a day prior to brushing. This will help reduce gum disease and protect your teeth from decay.
