Introducing Kirsten!

Over many years, Kirsten has received numerous massages, enjoying their benefits while also discovering what makes a treatment stand out. This ignited a desire to help others through massage. In 2023, the opportunity to study arose, and Kirsten set out to pursue this dream.

Initially enrolling in a course close to home, Kirsten remained undeterred when it was cancelled due to low enrollment. Instead, she found her way to the renowned Australian College of Fitness and Bodywork (ACFB), where she gained invaluable hands-on experience through regular trips to Melbourne.

During her time at ACFB, Kirsten discovered the art of Lomi Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian massage. She was so captivated by the practice that she chose to complete this additional course twice, fully embracing its techniques with deep respect for tradition. Kirsten was committed to learning the practice in its purest form and integrating it into her work.

With her qualifications in hand, Kirsten began the creation of Nurture Beyond, bringing her dream to life.

When sheโ€™s not by the massage table, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her four-year-old son. Whether theyโ€™re exploring the outdoors, going on new adventures, or tending to the animals on their hobby farm, she cherishes every moment they share together.

Kirsten is also passionate about self-growth and personal development. An avid reader and lifelong learner, sheโ€™s always seeking ways to expand her knowledge and find deeper meaning. Whether through books, courses, or new experiences, her journey of growth continues to inspire her.
