Myotherapy is a manual therapy which focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies. Remedial massage is a modality that aims to improve and aid in the repair of musculoskeletal aches and pains, injuries and postural imbalances caused by tension in the muscles or other soft tissue components such as fascia, tendons and ligaments.
