Morning Meditation in Hampton
On February 21, 2026 (second session)
Venerable Ronrawee Rawiphapho led a serene 50-minute meditation session at Amita Wellness Spa, focusing on cultivating inner stillness and wellbeing.
The practice guided participants through:
Body-scanning to release physical tension.
✨️Mindful breathing and abdominal awareness to deepen concentration.
✨️Visualisation of a bright object at the center of the body for mental clarity.
❤️Loving-kindness to foster compassion for all beings.
✨️The morning was filled with a wonderful sense of peace and community.
