Fat loss. Here’s some of my thoughts:

😇Losing fat can be one of the best and healthiest things you can do. It can be simple, fun and empowering.

😵‍💫Alterntively, it can be extremely unhealthy. The process can really suck, it can f**k with your head and completely suck the joy out of life.

🤔So here’s my thoughts on how to lose fat, still live a normal life and not get sucked into the never ending world of fad diets, self loathing and restrictive diets.
