A Heartfelt Thank You & A Warm Welcome Back 🌸

As my time covering classes for Patricia comes to a close, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to each of you who have joined me on the mat these past weeks.

It has been such a joy to share the Elements of Nature series with you all. Your energy, openness, and commitment have made these classes so special.

This week will be our final class together.

We’ll celebrate the journey with a soulful, joyful all-rounder class designed to leave you feeling open, uplifted and deeply connected. I’d love to see you there for one last practice together.

I’m excited to welcome Patricia back from her adventures in beautiful Greece! She will be returning to guide you with her wonderful teaching, and I know she’s looking forward to seeing you all again.

Over the past 6 weeks, we’ve grounded into the Earth, flowed with Water, ignited our inner Fire, expanded into Air, softened into Space and integrated all six. 

In our final week, it’s time to gather all the wisdom from this beautiful journey and bring it home to the body, breath, and heart. This week’s class is about reconnecting with the wholeness already within you.

Through grounded movement, flowing breath, gentle strength, and stillness, we’ll weave the qualities of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space into one harmonising practice.

If you feel scattered, sluggish, or unbalanced, this class will help you return to centre.

Feeling heavy, stuck, or closed in?

This week in our Elements of Nature Slow Flow Series, we explore the Air Element (Vayu), the energy of lightness, breath, and freedom.

In this class, we’ll gently open the chest, shoulders, and side body, moving with soft spirals, flowing transitions, and expansive breath to help you release tension and reconnect to a sense of spacious ease.

Are your shoulders tight? Breath shallow? Would you like to feel lighter, calmer, and more open?

Come and create some space in your body. Let’s let go of the dark heaviness of winter and cultivate feelings of lightness and open-heartedness, like a fresh warm breeze has passed through.

✨ End of Year Celebration: Let’s Celebrate You! ✨

As we near the end of 2024, it’s time to reflect, connect, and celebrate the beautiful journey we’ve shared together at Beach Yoga. From deepening our practices on the mat to supporting each other through life’s ups and downs, this year has been filled with growth and transformation. I’m incredibly grateful for this amazing community and excited to wrap up the year with a special class and lunch on Friday, December 13th.

Join us for a grounding yoga practice, a relaxing Yoga Nidra, and a Gratitude Circle to honor the year. Afterward, we’ll gather for a relaxed lunch at Brown Cow, Hampton, at 12:00 pm. The cost is $28 per person, with Beach Yoga subsidizing the meal.

To RSVP, text me at 0416 030 087 by Dec 2 with your dietary requirements and transfer payment to confirm your spot.
