This is a question that I do get asked a lot and fair enough. While kinesiology has been around since the 60's and utilised the fundamentals of Chinese medicine, it is really only just becoming popular. And let us be honest, every kinesiologist is different.
My main focus is helping you reduce your stress that sits in your mind and body that is affecting your outcomes in life, particularly your mental and physical performance.
As you probably have experienced when we are mentally stressed we are not in the best condition to make the wisest decisions. When we come from a place of stability and balance we are more level headed to make better decisions. This flows on to our performance both on and off the field.
When our mental stress hangs around for long enough it manifest as physical pain and discomfort.
This all effects what results we get in business and in life.
When we address the root cause of the stress, we not only release the energy that is held in our mind and body to have more energy and feel better, but we attract people and experiences into our lives that mimic our new balanced energy.
Business growth with flow is just one of them.
There are three ways that I work -
- Energetically - when our energy is balanced, our cells come back into balance, our emotions become stable and physical pain reduces.
- Consciously - Coaching you through changing your perspective to see things differently and in a way that feels better for you to move forward.
-Subconsciously - Both energetically and tapping directly into your subconscious through numerous methods to work directly with your belief system, sabotage programs and internal paradigms that are affecting your current world.
