At Harcourt Farming Co-op, we farm using organic and regenerative principles, and were certified organic from 2008 until mid-2025. In the past, certification helped us access certain markets, but now that all our marketing is direct to consumer, we no longer need that formal label. We keep things transparent by sharing our Holistic Management Plan, building strong connections with our customers and community, and welcoming questions about how we farm.

The Orchard Keepers have wrapped up for the season but Sellar Dairy will be at the market with their milk and yoghurt, come and say hi!
