I had the honour of delivering the closing remarks at the Ayurveda Day celebration, marking the conclusion of a truly memorable and successful event. 🌿✨

This celebration was made possible through the support of CGI Sydney, the Ministry of AYUSH, and the tireless efforts of the entire team of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA).

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and contributing to its growing recognition in Australia and beyond. 🙏

Together, we are taking Ayurveda forward as a system of holistic health and well-being. 🌏💚

Today we celebrate Ayurveda Day, a timeless tradition that teaches us to listen to our bodies, nurture balance, and live with awareness. At Nature Care Ayurveda, we paused to honour Dhanwantari, whose wisdom reminds us that healing is a holistic journey.

Ayurveda sees health as harmony of body, mind, and spirit—focusing on prevention, personalised care, and daily routines tailored to our unique body constitution. It honours seasons, natural rhythms, and gentle practices like Abhyanga, Pranayama, and mindful eating.

We were delighted to celebrate Ayurveda Day at our clinic in Harris Park, honouring the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and its relevance in modern life. 🙏🌿

The celebration began with chanting the traditional prayer to Lord Dhanvantari, the divine physician and father of Ayurveda:

ॐ नमो भगवते महासुदर्शनाय वासुदेवाय धन्वंतरये।
अमृतकलशहस्ताय सर्वामयविनाशनाय त्रैलोक्यनाथाय श्रीमहाविष्णवे नमः॥

(Om Namo Bhagavate Mahāsudarśanāya Vāsudevāya Dhanvantaraye |
Amṛtakalaśa-hastāya Sarvāmayavināśanāya Trailokyanāthāya Śrī Mahāviṣṇave Namaḥ ||)

This sacred mantra invokes health, healing, and protection for all.

🌿✨ Celebrating 1 Year of Healing & Wellness ✨🌿 at new location..(al together 18 year in Australia)

Today marks the completion of the first successful year of Nature Care Ayurveda at 23 Albion Street, Harris Park. 🙏

This journey has been truly blessed by the guidance and support of many prestigious personalities – Ayurveda Chair Dr. Rajagopala, Director AIIAS Dr. Tanuja Nisari, Dr. Krishan Kumar, MP Andrew Charlton, Lord Mayor Martin Zaiter, Chandru Tolani, Dr Prerak Shah, Bioen Sharma ji,My Dear Friend Pankaj Tangari, the NICM team, and many more well-wishers. Your blessings and encouragement have been my strength. 🌸

The path of Ayurveda is one of love, balance, and healing – and I feel humbled to continue serving the community with this ancient wisdom. This would not have been possible without the constant support of my wife and my beautiful Ayurveda family. 💚
