                                            Everyday Yog routine 
This is minimum, you can do more if you have time. By doing only this you can prevent many diseases. 
- Warm ups, 6 Suryanamskar, 1 minute cat and cow ,         Ardhmatsyendrasan, Dhanurasan
If you have more time you can do Mandukasan, Marakatasan, Sarvangasan. 
Ayurvedic tips
 -   Drink water half an hour before your meal if you want to and after meal drink after 1 or 1.5 hr
- Do not eat onion, garlic and sour fruits with milk. It is the opposite food.
- Try to have your dinner around 6 pm if possible.
- while eating, sit in a sukhasan( cross leg) position.
- After eating, clean your mouth properly.
- After eating, sit in Vajrasan or do Vamkukhshi( sleeping on your left side)
- wherever and whenever possible sit in sukhasan, vajrasan or padmasan
- Drink water in a squat position.
- Drink warm water in the morning.
