How crystal quartz bowls work
Crystal bowls are made from quartz crystal and tuned to musical notes. Different bowl sizes produce different pitches:
Larger bowls → deeper, grounding tones
Smaller bowls → higher, brighter tones
Some practitioners associate notes with chakra systems:
C = root chakra
D = sacral
E = solar plexus
F = heart
G = throat
A = third eye
B = crown
