It’s been quiet here for some time and it hasn’t been by accident. The last couple of years have been a really inward time for me.

I’ve been working closely with my NDIS participants, studying, and also living more wholesome, off-grid, in partnership, and finding my way deep back into the natural rhythms of life. 🌀

There’s been a lot of learning in slowing down, listening more and allowing change to unfold organically. 🙌

I’ve been deepening into somatic work and beginning the path into herbal studies, alongside the embodiment and cyclical work that’s been guiding me for some time now.

It’s felt a lot like a long winter, that part of the cycle where things aren’t visible, but something is still happening underneath it all.

And I can feel that beginning to shift now, gently, but for now I’m keeping things really simple. I’ve been holding a monthly mindfulness session in the park for anyone who feels like they need a bit of space to slow down and reconnect. If you’re local to the mid North Coast and wanting to connect with my work feel free to reach out for deets of the next mindfulness in the park gathering.🌿

But ultimately, this is just a little hello to say I’m still here, walking this path, just in a quieter, deeper way. 🫶🏼

Woah… what an incredibly special weekend away ✨I had the privilege of supporting one wonderful woman on a weekend trip in Kalypso (the van) up to Port Macquarie.

We spent our time crafting, exploring macrame, enjoying movies and popcorn, wandering through op shops and local markets, and walking nearly 50,000 steps… taking in sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between 🌅

What stood out most was the shift that happens when someone is supported to step out of their usual environment. With the right support in place, space opens up for confidence to build, for healthier choices to be made, and for new routines to gently take shape.

Experiences like this, when aligned with a participant’s goals, can play an important role in building independence, emotional wellbeing, and reducing reliance on less healthy coping patterns. It’s not just time away, it’s intentional, supported growth.

Grateful to walk alongside this journey 🌱
