Autumn 🍂 is here - collected these beauties on my walk yesterday. 🍁

Rose 🌹 the Oil of Divine Love - the Queen of Oils seemed appropriate to use today.

Roll over the heart - support emotions, if ur feeling anxious or out of sorts Rose may support u and it’s also very good for the skin.

Big day of painting today and I need some support and an oily nudge…

In this trying climate where people are really feeling the pinch I am turning to my trusty Elevation - it has to be one of my FAV morning blends to diffuse. 😊

It’s such a happy uplifting blend...

It’s so beautiful to walk into a room in your house have ur senses aroused with such beautiful scents - no nasty chemical “room fresheners/sprays/deodorisers”. Natural plants!!!
