Autumn 🍂 is here - collected these beauties on my walk yesterday. 🍁

Rose 🌹 the Oil of Divine Love - the Queen of Oils seemed appropriate to use today.

Roll over the heart - support emotions, if ur feeling anxious or out of sorts Rose may support u and it’s also very good for the skin.

In this trying climate where people are really feeling the pinch I am turning to my trusty Elevation - it has to be one of my FAV morning blends to diffuse. 😊

It’s such a happy uplifting blend...

It’s so beautiful to walk into a room in your house have ur senses aroused with such beautiful scents - no nasty chemical “room fresheners/sprays/deodorisers”. Natural plants!!!

Today I’m diffusing these 3 little gems.....

Palmarosa - the oil for warriors of love..... Healing scars of hurt and promoting forgiveness..... (Gifts of the Essential Oils - Adam Barralet/Vanessa Jean Boscarello Ovens)...

Ravinstara - soothing and expansive, supportive the respiratory system - opening u and releasing the heaviness of life, especially when grief is involved. Good for conflict resolution.....

Rosalina - beautiful - lemony and mildly sedative.... so calming for children and adults.....

I’ve never diffused these 3 together and chose them intuitively today.

Never be afraid to use oils together to create your own magic.

I will definitely be using this blend regularly.
