HAPPY EASTER!

At this time of spiritual significance to many in our communities, I hope you too can manage to slow the pace of things since the fast start to the year and take a moment to rest.... and reflect.

Over the next few weeks, I will be delivering education across the state and presenting on the need to consider 'burnout' and how to recover from periods of extreme stress and busyness.

Rachel's bite sized prescriptions for this time of year are:

Take it easy on the chocolate
Take it easy on yourself
Find a moment to rest
Reach out to connect

I will be taking a short break over this period but will stay in contact with email and respond to calls when I can.
