• Restless Muscles 🌿

I've had carple tunnel in my hands and forearms ever since my second pregnancy. It comes and goes; sometimes it's disappears for weeks, but then sometimes it appears every day.

This morning, I woke with the all too known ache in my left forearm. I gave my forearm a gentle pressure massage under some warm water in the shower, but the ache was still there.

My next step was to reach for the Magnesium Oil. But being a mum, you just don't have all the time in the world. So, a couple of mist onto the area before running out the door for school pick up and leaving it to air dry did the trick.

I could feel the Magnesium soaking into my skin, making its way to the muscles in need of some help. By the time I did drop off and came home , the ache was gone.

Now, I can continue my day packing orders and making baked snacks for the little babes who are always hungry! (IYKYK) 🤎
