Winter Reset Retreat ❄️✨
Join us on Saturday, 27th June from 10am–4pm for six hours of pure bliss designed to reset your nervous system this winter.
We begin with a 90-minute yoga, breathwork, and meditation session led by the incredible Candice Godinez—guiding you into deep calm, clarity, and connection.
From there, ease into a 30-minute sauna session, followed by an optional cold plunge in our magnesium pool—leaving your body relaxed, your muscles softened, and your mind refreshed.
We’ll also spend time immersed in nature—getting our hands dirty, planting trees, and creating habitat for wildlife. Research shows that connecting with soil can help reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression—so this is more than just grounding, it’s deeply restorative.
Come for the day. Reset. Reconnect. Rebalance.
