I love hosting guests at Bowen Mountain retreat. We had a beautiful family stay over the weekend celebrating their daughter’s wedding. Very happy to receive another five star review. Our beautiful House is available for retreat rentals but also private rentals so if you’re thinking about celebrating a birthday a milestone or just need a weekend in the peace and quiet come up and stay with us just DM me for more information

Sometimes the best therapy isn’t talking — it’s walking barefoot on the earth, breathing fresh air, and listening to the wind in the trees. When we slow down and immerse ourselves in nature we remember that nature is the best therapy there is. 🌳✨

As a certified wildlife sanctuary we were overjoyed to have a visit from this male koala who was in search of a lady koala to make joeys with! As a wildlife conservationist it makes me happy to know all of our efforts to plant koala trees is attracting this declining species

Before and after comparison. Our top dam was infested with the w**d lantana and after some clearing you can see our dam and incredible view!!! helping nature is of paramount importance, we will plant natives and support biodiversity esp for endangered koalas while making this a beautiful spot to reconnect to nature. Happy world parrot day! Here are some shots of my favourite parrot the king parrot, we have many families of king parrots that regularly visit we have set up nesting boxes to assist birds to have a safe place to raise their young
