Hey everyone 🤍
I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about what I offer through my counselling practice, Inside Out Counselling.

I support individuals (teens and adults) who might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or just needing someone to talk to in a safe, supportive space. My approach is a little different we focus on connection, regulation, and working from the inside out 🌿

✨ What I offer:
• Equine therapy (working alongside horses in a calm outdoor setting)
• Individual counselling (with the option of a therapy dog for extra support 🐾)
• Online counselling sessions for convenience and comfort
✨ I also offer:
• Online DBT skills groups (learning practical tools for emotions, stress & relationships)- Beginning May 1st
• Horse workshops focused on connection, confidence, and emotional awareness 🐎
All sessions are relaxed, outdoors and designed to help you feel at ease, no clinical rooms, just real connection.

Hey everyone 🤍

I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about what I offer through my counselling practice, Inside Out Counselling.

I support individuals (teens and adults) who might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or just needing someone to talk to in a safe, supportive space. My approach is a little different — we focus on connection, regulation, and working from the inside out 🌿

I’m so excited to be opening spots for my 12-week online DBT group, starting 1st May.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll explore practical DBT skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. This group is for those wanting extra support, guidance, and tools they can begin applying in everyday life.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is take 10 minutes to reset.

Pause.
Take a breath.
Drink some water.
Step outside for a moment.
Let your body calm down before you ask your mind to keep going.

You do not need to force your way through every overwhelmed moment.
Sometimes you come back clearer, calmer, and able to lead yourself better after a short reset than you ever would by pushing through.

This group is for those wanting practical support to better manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in day-to-day life.

Across the 12 weeks, we’ll cover core DBT skills including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness in a supportive and safe space.

Hi everyone 👋

I’m so excited to share that we’ll be running an Equine Therapy Workshop at the end of April 🐴🌿
This is a beautiful opportunity for anyone wanting support, healing, and personal growth in a grounded, natural space — alongside horses.
There is something incredibly powerful about being with horses. They help us slow down, become present, and notice what’s happening within ourselves in a way that feels safe, honest, and deeply supportive.
This workshop is a chance to explore things like:
-boundaries and self-awareness
-emotional regulation
-confidence and trust
-nervous system regulation
-connection (with yourself and others)

This is a groundwork workshop, which means everything will be done on the ground with the horses.

There will be no riding conducted, and no riding experience is needed 🫶

You do not need horse experience to attend. This space is designed to be supportive, welcoming, and accessible for anyone who feels called to this work 💛
