We’re so excited to open our doors to the community this Sunday for a relaxed and welcoming Open Day at Inside Out Counselling.
Whether you’re curious about counselling, exploring support options for yourself or a loved one, or just wanting to see what we offer (including our equine and animal-assisted therapy!), this is the perfect opportunity to come along.

Meet our friendly team, experience our outdoor and animal-assisted therapy spaces, and see how we help people reconnect, heal, and grow from the inside out.
