As we enter 2026, we’re holding one clear intention at Inside Out Counselling:

to keep creating spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, be honest, and begin again.

This year is about deeper work, gentler pacing, and real connection.
Not fixing you. Not rushing you.
Just walking alongside you as you learn to listen to what’s happening on the inside.

In 2026, we continue to offer:

As we come to the close of 2025, we’re taking a moment to pause, reflect, and feel deeply grateful.

This year has been filled with courage, growth, hard conversations, quiet breakthroughs, and powerful healing. To every client who trusted us with their story thank you. It’s an honour to walk alongside you.

As we gently wind down this year, we’re also feeling very excited.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been creating something new — something that feels aligned, intentional, and deeply supportive.

One that continues to honour the whole person, connection, and healing just in a fresh way.
