I have been receiving a lot of questions lately and thought this would be beneficial 🥰

As you know, I love helping you all, but sometimes I have about 50 questions to your 1 to work out why something may be happening.

Sleep science is detailed (more than we think) and while there may not be many sleep issues happening; it’s still extremely beneficial to have a detailed chat to ensure we aren’t missing anything and to cover ALL factors for sleep. As well as have your answer and plan within 30 mins, not over a few days 🤭

I want to do more for mums and bubs in 2025 (plus I have an extra day to fill on my hands with my youngest at daycare, so keep my busy 🙊) So .. part of this includes getting together with your beautiful mums groups to chat all things sleep - newborn all the way through to our 3/4/5 year olds.

All those things you discuss with each other but from a qualified sleep consultant who can not only tell you what to try but why as well 😉

From what’s normal and expected, settling to the circadian rhythm, routines, feeding, nutrition, bedtime battles, overnight wakes, early wakes and more - we’ll have you covered.

You asked, I listened! 👂As always I’m grateful for every single one of you who confides in me and allows me to come into your homes and support you through your muffins sleep challenges. It isn’t easy, it’s always changing and due to that I’m regularly receiving messages from new and past clients saying “I’m so sorry I just have a quick question”, “what can I pay you for answering all my questions all the time”, “I feel so bad asking you another question” 🥰 don’t feel bad, please, ever! I’m here for that reason.

I’ve also kind of given you a reason not to say all that now 🙊 because, well you can pay me 👌🏻 just $15 to get that question answered (within 24hrs) but let’s face it with me if you know me, more like ASAP! 😂 very high urgency levels over here 🙌🏻 with our new One Question Consult! How good is this!

So that niggling question you just can’t work out, routine or settling question that keeps popping up, reassurance about something you’re considering or even a follow up question from a plan or support consult even, all of the above and more - the idea of this consult = quick and simple, without having to book a full call time slot💥 You’re welcome 😇
