Job Opportunity
We are looking for a part time worker skilled in both MYOB and customer relations for 2 x 1/2 days per week. This individual should be proficient in using MYOB for accounting tasks and also possess strong customer service skills to manage client interactions effectively.
Skills and Responsibilities:
MYOB Proficiency:
The worker should be comfortable using MYOB for tasks such as managing accounts, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and generating reports.
Customer Relations:
They should be adept at building rapport with customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Communication:
Clear and effective communication is essential for both interacting with customers and collaborating with team members.
Organization:
The worker should be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Problem-Solving:
They should be able to identify and resolve customer issues and other challenges that may arise. High level written and spoken English a must.
