Eight women. One sacred space. One shared remembering.

Today I had the absolute honour of teaching Reiki Level I to eight incredible women.

Eight hearts.
Eight stories.
Eight souls choosing to step into their own healing hands.

There is something profoundly magickal about women gathering with intention. The room felt alive — soft, open, safe. You could feel the shift as each woman remembered that healing isn’t something we chase… it’s something we carry.

Reiki I is the beginning.
Not of learning something new —
but of remembering something
To hold space.
To teach.
To witness women come home to themselves.

I am so proud of each of you.

The Red Room was glowing today ❤️

Calling on our beautiful community for support ✨

I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting one of my clients, who has been working on a Tasmanian e-Petition that closes on 20 February 2026. After this date, the petition will be heard and considered in Parliament.

The petition seeks to amend the current 12-month statute of limitations for reporting offences relating to domestic violence and coercive control. This proposed change would bring Tasmania into alignment with other Australian states and reinforces an important truth:
family and domestic violence can — and does — affect anyone.

This issue is also deeply personal to me. I know first-hand how incredibly difficult it can be to act when you are broken by domestic abuse — when the strength simply isn’t there at the time. That lived understanding is why I feel so strongly about standing beside my client and supporting this change.
